The Istanbul Agop 20” Sultan Ride Cymbal is a darker and drier instrument than their Traditional Series counterparts, creating a lush bed of overtones that sit beautifully over any drum kit. The unlathed band on top of each cymbal enhances and controls overtones, producing a slightly quicker decay, adding a new tonal dimension. This cymbal features unlathed bells that enhance the darker musicality of this series. They are open and smooth with a full-bodied response, controlled spread and nice bell definition for all around use.
